Directions: Mix 1 scoop (serving) of ALT Clear Protein Grass-fed Whey Isolate with 200 mL-300 mL of cold water. Vary for taste preference. <200 mL for stronger sweeter flavour. >300 mL for milder lighter flavour. Shake well. For best experience, add ice. Drink and enjoy!
