HMB (β-Hydroxy β-Methylbutyrate) is a clinically researched, naturally occurring metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid leucine. HMB normally plays a role in the regulation of protein breakdown in the body, helping to preserve lean muscle tissue. Ingredients: 

Each 1/4 level teaspoon contains):

Calcium-HMB (Calcium beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate).........1000 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: None.

 

Directions: 

Adult Dosage: Take a ¼ level teaspoon 3 times daily. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. For best results, use in conjunction with an exercise program. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
